Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional fees. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The box dimensions are suitable, and your items are properly protected.

Important notice upon receiving your order:
The goods travel under the sole responsibility of the carrier. All necessary checks must be carried out before signing the delivery note presented by the carrier: missing packages or items, possible damage, or any noted defects...

The note "subject to unpacking" does not allow you to be compensated later by the carrier in case of an issue.
Any claims regarding the delivery of products must follow the procedure below:

  1. Claims must be noted on the delivery slip
  2. Write the claims clearly, precisely, and in detail
  3. In case of a problem, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 48 hours after delivery and send us a copy of this letter by fax immediately at 01 43 52 20 34

If the delivery person refuses to wait for you to complete all necessary checks, note it on the delivery slip and have them sign it as well.
